Alejandra Melo is the founder and owner of R&M Cleaning Services, a family-owned company built from hard work, faith, resilience, and heart. Her entrepreneurial journey began long before R&M, growing up in a family where business was part of everyday life and where she learned the value of responsibility, service, and never giving up.
In 2015, Alejandra moved to the United States to begin a new chapter. Like many immigrants, she started with a dream, a strong work ethic, and the desire to create a better future for her family. Through dedication, long days, and many sacrifices, she turned that dream into a company known for quality, reliability, and care.
Today, R&M Cleaning Services specializes in construction cleaning for homes, commercial buildings, and businesses across Central Texas. But for Alejandra, the company is more than a business. It is a reflection of her story, her family values, and her commitment to doing every job with honesty, excellence, and pride.
Alejandra leads with strength, but also with heart. She cares deeply about her clients, her team, and the community she serves. Her journey is a reminder that with faith, perseverance, and purpose, it is possible to build something meaningful for the next generation.
FRIDA MELO
Associate Director
Frida Melo is the Associate Director of R&M Cleaning Services, a family-owned company led by women and built with hard work, dedication, and a strong commitment to quality. Having grown alongside the business, Frida understands what it takes to build a company from the ground up and now plays an important role in helping carry that vision forward.
Frida helps oversee daily operations, client communication, scheduling, team coordination, and project support. She brings a calm, dependable, and professional presence to the business, along with a genuine care for people and strong attention to detail.
Outside of R&M, Frida is passionate about community and connection. She previously volunteered with Amiga Hispana and currently serves as an Ambassador for the Lake Travis Chamber of Commerce, where she supports local businesses and community engagement. She has also participated in business workshops and served as a panelist at events supporting Latinx entrepreneurs.
Frida has been featured alongside her mother in Mujeres Couture Magazine, sharing their story as a family-owned business led by women and rooted in resilience, family, and purpose.
